Now is the time to look seriously.  You have choices!
The search can be daunting if you go it alone.  I know this lake and many of the properties.  Start by signing up for the Home Buyers Scouting Report.  Search the listings on your own.  Save the ones you like in a notebook.  Be notified of changes to those listings as it occurs.  E-mail or Call Kathryn to discuss.  It's EASY and there is NO SPAM.
