Many, all too often, write to complain about service, but people rarely write a company to compliment someone; I will be that exception.
I recently needed to sell my waterfront house at
rehab, I am quite familiar with the process. I am also aware of the impact and importance of the use of current technology involving the web and other implements to help sell real estate.
In my research I was fortunate enough to find someone who met my criteria. I personally interviewed that person and was even more impressed with the methodology she used in selling property. To make a long story short, in a difficult market and through other tribulations, Ms. Curling sold my house. Making the sale even more difficult was that it had to e sold as a "short" sale, which meant selling for less than the mortgage on the house. This is a very time-consuming and knowledge specific type of sale, and even though this was the first "short" sale in her career, she learned what she needed to know and liaised between the mortgage company and me to consummate a successful sale.
